Dr. Bultez is a globally acclaimed expert in risk analytics, risk management and corporate governance. He has over 40 years of experience in international training and risk consulting in banking, finance and micro-finance sectors in 72 countries. He has been the advisor of 18 central banks worldwide, 14 governments within Asian, European and African region and a board member of over 30 international financial companies. He has been attached with Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission till recently. Dr. Bultez is also an international academician and holds visiting professorship in over 10 universities worldwide together with over 32 publications in the fields of risk analytics and financial governance.
Dr. Shahbaz Khan is a Senior Director in FineIT Pvt Ltd. With an MBA and a Doctorate in Finance, he has substantial corporate experience in banking and non-banking financial sectors. International expertise in development and implementation of ECL estimation models in GCC,, Pakistan, China and Canada. He is essentially a quant with a sound grip over 3rd generation predictive modeling and estimation techniques. Dr. Shahbaz is also an academician and has been teaching financial risk management, quantitative tools, and econometrics in international universities.
Stella Chege is a Certified Public Accountant and sustainability professional with deep experience in financial accounting, reporting, and assurance across public and private sector institutions. She leads IFRS and IPSAS implementation, training, and readiness engagements spanning IFRS 9, 15, 16, and 17, and is proficient in bookkeeping, analysis, and audit preparation. Stella also guides ESG strategy and reporting using GRI, IFRS-SASB, ESRS, IFC Performance Standards, and NEMA guidelines, coupling strong data analytics, communication, and project management skills to deliver compliant, insight-driven outcomes for stakeholders.
Dr. Nida Baig holds a Masters and a Doctorate degree in Economics and Public administration. She has nearly a decade of experience in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation and finance. She has published several research articles in the field of economics, finance and risk analytics. She is essentially a quant with a sound grip over 3rd generation predictive modeling and estimation techniques. Her grasp on simulated probabilistic modeling is worthwhile. She also has sound knowledge of statistical programs including SPSS, STATA, and Eviews.
Ms. Fauzia Makin is a senior quant with over 10 years of professional experience in 4 countries. She holds an MS degree in Finance and a MSc. Degree in Econometrics. She is academically a current PhD scholar. He has worked across 4 continents as an Auditor, Management & Financial Consultant, Venture Capitalist, Litigation Expert World Court Hague, and Business Strategist. His previous experience include Partner of Coopers and Lybrand in New York (now PWC), Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of a large Saudi based diversified International Group, CEO of a large financial Group and Chairman Executive Committee of an integrated Electric Utility corporation.
